Cowboy Jack's first opened in Plymouth, MN in 2009. Since then they have opened 5 more locations in Minnesota. Fredericksburg is the first Cowboy Jack's in a different state and we are incredibly excited! We love the area and all the wonderful people we have met so far! We provide a saloon type atmosphere that is perfect for a company lunch, family dinner, happy hour with friends, a late night out, or breakfast on the weekend. Our menu includes salads, appetizers, burgers, steaks and other entrees, pizzas and flatbreads, an under 550 calorie menu, gluten free menu, kids menu, and more!
