I needed a new mattress quickly for out of town guests. Went to Mt Vernon and they were great. I explained my situation, my salesperson helped me find a mattress in my price range and had it delivered to me the next day. Happy guests, happy wife, happy life.

Avoid at all costs! Was guaranteed by manager that product would be in on move in date when i could pick up item with delivery truck and product did not come in till 2 months later. Ryan the sales guy was helpful but manager would not help with costs for delivery. I told the manager I would pay for half of delivery costs if they just paid $25 dollars as it was not my fault that product was delayed and i had already suffered two months after they had already taken my money and never provided product. The manager was extremely disrespectful, would not admit fault, called me manipulative, and told me that they did not need my business once I told him I had 2 other empty bedrooms in my new house i was planning on furnishing through them. Will not be returning to a place that treats its customers like that over $25 when there are furniture stores every 100 yards in this area.
