Joe Berkowitz was very helpful with my purchase! He explained why I might prefer specific mattress characteristics so that I could focus on what was comfortable, and we found a mattress that was tailored to my particular sleep. He helped me focus on the comfort and not the price because “you sleep on the mattress, not on the price.” Treated me like a close friend or family member! Thank you.

Our delivery experience was spot on. We received 3 phone calls regarding delivery (the night before to indicate what time delivery would be the next day, a call the morning of delivery confirming our window of delivery and then 30 minutes prior to arrival.) Delivery guys were professionals. They removed their shoes (it was snowy outside), worked quickly to carry items up stairs, set up bed in a few minutes. They made sure we were satisfied prior to their leaving. Great job all around.

I was promised a bed would fit up my stairs. When it didn't, the manager told me it was my fault, and that I would need to find a different mattress. Told me it was store policy not to refund money. I had no response from customer service or their district manager. I went to the other location in Frederick, got a slightly less thick mattress, and was able to eventually (after many calls and filing a claim with American Express) get my money back from the first purchase. Its clear, while there are some genuinely helpful employees, that management is in no way interested in any sort of customer service. For the amount of money one spends on a mattress, the customer deserves courtesy and respect. Unfortunately the powers that be at this store, do not believe this.

Customer Service is very poor. I have been trying to get a refund from mattress warehouse for 3 months without success. I have talked to several district managers who state they will look into it and call me back, but I never receive a return phone call.
