Saw a coupon and an ad for basement windows (we have 4, all normal size) They were called on Sept 17, 2014...I was told they were extremely busy and I would get my windows installed on Dec 3. Last week of November, I was called and told some story about the loss of a crew and told I could not get my windows until February 23. Really? 5 months to get 4 regular sized basement windows? I think not..called another company had my windows within a week and paid an even cheaper price. Highly suggest you call somewhere else.

Scheduled them to install glass block windows at my house on a Saturday between 10 &2pm. Installer called at 3pm and said he was running behind and would i mind if he came on Sunday. I said sure, no problem.... Never called or showed up! Couple of days later, Metro Glass rep called and asked if they were installed ( I would think they should have known if they were installed or not by then lol). I said nope, rep apologized and said she will speak to the owner and schedule another install appointment. That was 7 days ago and haven't heard a thing from them. Can't say anything about their work but sure can say they have poor customer service! I would look elsewhere for your glass block service.
