If I could give this store a 0 star rating, I would! I work for them and PLEASE LISTEN, DON"T USE THIS STORE!!!! (I will Leave names out, but any customer will sure know who I am referring to)The Girl that works here and the Manager are theives. Takes Caution if you lease a phone, make sure that you pay with a card NOT CASH so that you will have your cards history report to refer to about your payment history, I have seen on 3 diferent accounts since I have been here (which has been a couple of months), people would come in to make a cash payment and they would print off an account view sheet and pass it as a reciept, and pocket the money, they would do this until the account gets viewed or the people on the account get tired of the herassing phone calls from our collecting staff and start complaining (which when they complain to the manager all he does is accuse that the customer is at fault, excuse his employees behavor and even say they are justified in cursing and yelling and having terrible attitudes with the customer) and he constantly tries to act like he does'nt understand what the problem is and change the subject by putting words in the customers mouth that has nothing to do with the subject, only to get the customer aggitated so that they can laugh at the customer for getting mad not getting anything achieved with the complaint. Then they will cut the phone off and terminate the lease and inform the customer that he/she has to return the phone to the store or they are going to report it stolen and file criminal charges against the customer. When the customer tries to dispute the fact that they did not indead fault on the payments they can't produce the reciepts because they never actualy got a reciept and the manager calls them a lier and tells them that he always owned the phone and the lease reserves him the right to terminate it at anytime. So the customers have no choice but return the phones and they are out of all the money that they paid, Which I have seen the accounts and one customer had already paid almost $1000.00 on his phone and that was before they started pocketing his payments. I tried calling the main office and reporting them (mainly because I can't complain about it in-house because, well it's the Manager who am I gonna complain to) and the only good thing I can say about RAC is that they are the most loyal company interests people I have ever seen, they didn't even investigate. Infact they acted stupid to the subject as well and even tried to say that is was the customers fault and that if I had a problem I should report it to my store manager (I guess they all took the same A$$ Manger's training class). The only reason I continue to work here is because jobs are slim picking and I try every chance that I get to handle the customers payments ( especialy the cash and phone payments) so that I can assure that atleast the payment is going in the register and on their account and not is those guys pockets. I am also trying to post this in every RAC subject post to inform potental Clients. It didn't help to go through the steps that you are supposed to in the company so Hopefuly this will help and people will listen this way!!!!
