Provided by YP.comI have always had great service at Red Robin, but when I went today, I was not acknowledged after being seated for about 10 minutes, had to ask for utensils and napkins, food took about 20 minutes to be brought out, and never got a drink refill. The waitress was training someone, and I have been a customer when someone was being trained before, but never had this poor of service.
