I usually park across the street at Thrifty, but their lot was full. I will NEVER park at Pride again. They are slow, rude, and try to sneak in hidden fees everywhere. Worst of all, the idiot attendant keeps no record of payments, and then tries to get you to pay twice. A bunch of clowns!

We previously used Pride Services for O'Hare parking and it was convenient. Our most recent experience turned into a nightmare due to an error made by the staff on duty. Although we had an email confirmation showing the dates of departure and return, the car could not be found when we arrived to pick it up. The employee made up a story about an error on the check in slip, in spite of our having our own confirmation we received showing the dates. We waited an hour for them to locate our car, and were treated badly while we waited. We feared we would never see our car again! The attendant seemed to enjoy making us uncomfortable and refused to give us any update while we waited. For a service that promises to have your car ready when you arrive, they did a poor job of living up to their guarantee. We know they are busy but if this will make someone think twice about using the services, it will be worth taking the time to comment.
