El Rio Grande is your standard mexican restaurant in a strip mall. The decor is insultingly kitschy and the music sounds like King's Island. The food, however, can be startlingly good for the dollar. Have the especiales fajitas - for $11.99 you'll get shrimp, steak, beef, chicken, chorizo and all the fixings. It's easily enough for two meals perhaps 3. The menu says it comes in a larger size 'for two' - I cannot imagine. Check it out, it's great value for your dollar.
