I was referred here by a friend that has used this company many times and refers a lot of business. However I did not have a good experience. I called them about 5 times over a week leaving messages on their answering machine but I never received a call back. I was starting to wonder if they were no longer open and my phone calls were going to be a deadend. The friend that had referred me offered to call but her phone call was also not returned. I wasn't sure what was going on but I definitely felt like I was being ignored as a customer! Finally I sent an email asking the company if they were still in business since I had called so many times without a response. Below I have added the pictures of the emails back and forth. I can't believe how rude she was! She didn't change her voicemail to reflect that she was out of town. Isn't it customary for businesses to do that??? I would not recommend this place. The only good thing is the selection.
