My husband and I have been buying used cars and taking our cars for servicing to THE USED CAR FACTORY in Frankford, DE for years. The owner, Jimmy G. is a super nice guy and treats everyone with respect. Scott, the front desk guy, is just a super person to deal with also. Their customer service is terrific. The mechanics are hard working guys. They stand behind their work too. We've recommended USED CAR FACTORY to others, and everyone has been impressed. It isn't the fanciest of working garages, but it's clean, organized and they are on time. When they say your car will be ready, it's ready. Just honest, good old fashioned customer service.
