I don't normally write reviews but I was in a bind and a guy helped me out today like he was an old time friend. have been living in the area for over a year and been to this store a few times. Each time I have had nothing but friendly helpful service. I know I am a novice at this but I changed the oil and filter thanks in large part to Jay C. He had also previously helped me out with a car problem and was correct about that diagnosis as well. Hence the review...so cool to know that something besides You Tube can teach you something! Aaron
