Terrible service. My wife brought her ring in to reattach the main diamond in the center. They had the ring for over two weeks, had to twice order metal to attempt to repair it, and it still turned out terribly. It looks like a 10 year old got a hold of a soldering iron, and tried to fix it. Then they had the gall to charge for it!
