Annoying

The apartments are ok, old, ceilings to thin that you can hear the upstai r neighbor walk. The give you one garage and one parking permit. People use the garage for storage and take the parking space for visitors. Some people with parking permit, use the street parking because it is close to their apartments, so NO parking for visitors.
