1st bad experience:

I called and asked if they provided a tow service. They told me the tow was free if they performed the work on my car. NEVER did they call and tell me they had to hire an outside two truck company to come get my car b/c theirs was in the shop and wouldn't be out for 45min-1hr. They apparently didn't tell their tow guy either b/c they both ended up showing up within 5 minutes of each other. Talk about confused. On top of that the manager tried to charge me $75 for the tow. I had to sit there and explain to him that he NEVER called me and told me he had to hire another company. His only comeback was "but we got charged for it". I don't play the gender cars too much, but I honestly feel like he tried taking advantage of me b/c I'm a woman.

2nd bad experience:
My car needed a new fan and some addt'l work. Great. Fine. Estimate was $900.00. I called a shop less than .5 a mile away and got an estimate for something around $650. Sun Devil said they use "the best" parts, but it's a 10 yr. old Jeep and I had expressed concern over the $900 price tag. Not ONCE did they check for a more price friendly part for me.

You opened up shop in a small town. Yes, quality work is important (anywhere obviously, not just small towns), but customer service is a saving grace in small towns and I don't feel like these guys have it.
