I am a local fencing contractor here in Colorado Springs. I have been using RMFP for all of my building material needs for many years now. From fencing, decking, and even Pergolas. They have a huge veriety and amazing prices! The customer service here is fantastic. They guys here really go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. They treat everyone that walks through the door with the same respect, from contractor to weekend warrior. I recommend giving them a shot. Go down and check out the inventory and see what they have. They stock all the materials you need to get your project done right. Ive posted some pics of jobs that ive completed using materials from RMFP.

We called these guys the end of April and ordered supplies to build a fence. We received our order on may 4th of May and due to the weather and my husbands bad heart condition we didn't get started until about 10 days later. it started with the posts, there were big gauges in them, the 2x4's supports were substandard and included knot holes, termite damage and splits in the wood. We used them anyway, but when we got to the slats it got worse. The outsides ones where "ok" but once we got closer to the middle of the pile the slats had huge knotholes in them, they were split, broken, rotted and some had termites still in the wood. Out of 290 slats we used as many as we could, but 107 of them were totally useless. We called them last weekend and left a message, but due to the holiday we had to leave a message. Nobody had called back, so my husband called them again this morning to explain the situation and tell them that we wanted to return the posts that were left over and to exchange the "bad" wood. He was told to wait for the owners decision. He called them back late this afternoon, since there was not a return call by that time and was told that they wouldn't take it back or exchange it. He should've checked the pieces out earlier and then they MIGHT have been able to help him. All lumber is sold "as is" and when asked why we received such bad lumber, the response was that they get it in bulk and just split it up for the load. Either way you look at it they knew they provided 1/3 of my project lumber as substandard garbage and we're supposed to use it as an outside project. The BBB lists them as a firewood company....so it appears that I have retained 107 pieces of firewood, not to mention the 2x4 and 4x4 pieces. Every lumber company worth their salt stands behind what they sell, except this one. The idea should be to keep customers coming back not screw over new ones for a quick buck so that you can pass off garbage lumber that your contractors wouldn't accept. I've learned a valuable lesson, next load I receive from any company....not Rocky Mountain Forest Products, will unload piece by piece or pack it up and get off my property. If you use this company it would be better to take your money and toss it out the window of a moving car instead of paying these folks mortgages. We have registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and suggest everyone do the same. We don't need poor companies doing business in our town. With everything said I still have to go and purchase about 150 slates...so my 1500.00 project is now over 2 grand, thank you Rocky Mountain Forest Products.

I will take my time and search the internet for other review sites and post it everywhere I can think of to warn people about doing business with this company.
