Loved my dress

I found the perfect wedding dress my first visit there. The store associates were so helpful each time I went for fittings. It is a bit more pricey than other bridal stores. Alterations are expensive. I would probably recommend finding somewhere cheaper. In the end, I was a happy bride.
I wouldn't use them for bridesmaid dresses, too pricey.

I bought a super expensive wedding dress there back in 2011, and they charged me a fee for "ordering" it on time and I told them specifically that I did not need it on a certain date so there was no need for the charge so then I did want to pay for it because on my receipt It does not state a fee charge so I even had police involved because they were so mean and so aggressive wanting me to pay $75 dollar fee. THE OWNER IS FROM LEBANON AND HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO HORRIBLE. SHE JUST WORRIED ABOUT MONEY AND HER STORE! ANYWAYS I ENDED UP NOT PAYING NO NEEDED FEE THANKS TO MY LOVELY RECEIPT THAT I HAD ON ME AT ALL TIMES AND THE POLICE....I HATEEEE THAT PLACE, AT LEAST MY DRESS LOOKED AMAZING AND DEFINITELY WAS WORTH $1250

I loved the store and customer service. Left very happy. However.....I ordered my daughter's wedding dress over 9 months ago and it is still not in. Getting a little bit worried!

Touma's Bridal is fantastic! I was in my friends wedding a couple months ago and never had been to the store before. From the moment I walked in, they made everything so easy. In the past it has been such a headache. It wasn't at all though. They did the needed alterations for me and everything looked GREAT!

I'm not the type of person to leave reviews for places, service should be good regardless I feel. But Touma's totally impressed me. After ordering my bridesmaids dress I lost a bunch of weight and was terrified of the alteration bill...but not only did they fix my dress for cheap, they were just as excited for me to shed the pounds! I had such a great time in the store and highly recommend to others.

bad business practices

I ordered 2 dresses-both bridesmaid dresses even though one is being used by the bride- from Touma's Mid May. I was told that they may need to make it a rush order but they would call me if they needed to do this. The wedding is at the end of Sept. I had not heard anything as of mid July so I called them--they stated" We will have to look into that and call you back" Later that day they called back saying that the dresses had just arrived on the truck.



I went to pick them up and paid the balance owed. Later that night I received a call saying they had forgotten to add the rush charge to my bill. I called them back reminding them I had never received a call from them telling me that they would have to "rush" the dresses. They wanted me to pay $70 for these charges that I never ok'd. I told them that it is bad business to not follow thru with what they had said they would do. They said they would knock the charge down to $50 but I would still have to pay for this --I told them that I would have to pay 1/2 when I got paid next then the other 1/2 2 wks later since I only get paid every other wk. They said that would be fine. What I would like to know is what has happened to the customer being right and doing what is best for the customer!!!!!!!!

I have worked for Touma's Bridal off and on for seven years...The reason for this you might ask? I have quit a few times, it is not an easy job at times but Mrs. Touma has the biggest heart and has always hired me back or came looking for me...really a great woman. I have enjoyed my job as a bridal consultant there and would not go anywhere else in the bridal industry to work...My point is simply this...Mrs. Touma is always willing to work with our clients to find solutions to any problems that may arise (i.e. manufacturing issues, color issues, pricing, etc..) She is always checking on our client's orders and when they come in we make sure they are as ordered before calling the customers to tell them their items have arrived...some small mistakes happen as we are human, but she fixes them right then and there...the customer Always comes first. So before believing every bad review you read you should check us out first hand. I feel personally that I give great customer service and have in fact been told by my many many happy customers that we are the best in town and have had many customers refer their family and friends to us for our service, selection and prices...We also have a great standing with the Better Business Bureau...And if that isn't enough...then please come see us and let us help you and prove we are better than what you've been told.

P.S. very important detail for future brides to be...Bridal Gowns DO take anywhere from 3 to 8 months to order in and veils can take just as long...bridesmaids, mothers gowns, and flowergirls take 3 to 4 months to order in.....we can however order them in quicker, but the manufacturers require a rush fee...their fee not ours....Also, colors variations from the representative swatches from the manufacturer can occur (dye lots) so it is recommended that all dresses be ordered together so that dye lots are the same in the same group of dresses....You can always call us a few days after placing any order with us to check on the APPROXIMATE arrival time that the manufacturer gives to us when we order your items...we are more than happy to check on this for you....

Nice until you Pay

Do not go to this store for any wedding! They were very nice until I actually paid for my dress and then were extremely rude! We very rude to my bridesmaids. They seemed to pretend that they cared about the bride, but you could have fooled me once they got that cash! Further, it took like 6 months to get my dress/es in and they were not very cordial with that process either. I would not ever recommend anyone going there. The owner is very demeaning.

I needed to look at 2 bridesma...

I needed to look at 2 bridesmaids dresses and arrived at the store at 10am. I tried the door but it was still locked. I did not realize that it didn't open until 11am, but she opened the door anyway and let me look at the dresses. It was kind of her to let me in before hours.

Poor

Not only was the wedding dress that we ordered 2 sizes too large, it took 7 months to get it.

Very poor service. The owner was condisending and rude!

If you can help it, don't use these people.
