McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

I will NEVER go here again. I'm not a racist, but going there to eat and if your white, you aren't going to get good service at all. We and another person of the same race were waiting 18 minutes for our food while the black folks that came in there after us were getting served before us. I don't hate anyone. Hate is ugly. and so is the type of SERVICE they serve at this location.

I went to the McDonald's on Rudisill last night . I ordered two cheeseburgers and a small fry. I walked across the street where I was working and took a bite of my cheeseburger and got nothing but bun. I opened up the sandwich and all that was in it was cheese pickle ketchup and mustard no meat. So I opened up the other cheeseburger and it was the same way. I walked back across the street to McDonald's and showed them my sandwiches. They made two more up for me and apologized. I thought they should have refunded my money or at least gave me coupons for a free sandwich but they didn't.

Normally this McDonalds is not the greatest but I went there recently and the young man that helped me was wonderful. Very friendly and polite. I think his name was Michael. He was working in the drive thru - he was so nice.

The words "please" and "thank you" are not in the vocabulary of the employees here. As a matter of fact I think one of the employees may be unable to speak at all because in the few times he has waited on me not once does he greet me or say anything at all. Then again he did seem to find a way to talk to his co-worker while I was waiting for him to take my order so maybe I am wrong about that.

One of the slowest McDonalds around. Long wait in line, when there is no line. Way too long to get food. At least the order is correct, and the food prepared as well as can be extpected from McDonalds. I could have driven to another location and gotten faster service, in the time it took here. New building did not improve service.
