Save yourself the time and do not go here. Dr.Nolan can only do so much with an unprofessional and unorganized staff. Unfortunately, until he is able to find and keep a reasonable staff, his reviews will continue to reflect and so will his success. I work in the medical field and am appalled by the way Dr. Nolan's staff speaks to his patients. I completely understand being sensitive to drug seekers and making informed and educated decisions regarding individual care. However, it is absolutely unacceptable to allow the non degreed reception staff and assistants treat the patients as liars and defendants on a stand. Customer service skills and integrity should definitely be considered in his future interviews. I would think it would be reasonable to clean house hire a new team that is capable of supporting Dr. Nolan's practice.
