IF THERE WAS A ZERO STAR TO PICK FROM, THAT WOULD BE MY CHOICE, THIS GUY DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR.
Do not waste your time or your oral health by going to this money hungry, so called, dentist. Because of the lack of care given on my very first visit, no checking to see what benefits were available by my Ins. carrier, and probably a 10 second look into my mouth, I was sent out of the office as being done. I am now looking at near 7 thousand dollars to correct what has taken place under my gums. The office being packed when I arrived should have been a huge warning of overbooking, for $$$. the, so called dentist, never introduced himself and I was in shock when my chair-back was raised and I was told, I was finished.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND $$$ FIND ANOTHER COMPETENT DENTIST THAT CARES MORE ABOUT WHAT HE IS LICENSED TO DO, THAN THE $$$ HE IS BRINGING IN. SO NICKIE BOY, HOW DO YOU PLAN TO PAY MY PERIODONTIST BILL ??

Dr J is a very patient and kind dentist. He made me feel at ease through my procedures. I am much more comfortable when going to the dentist now.

I found his staff to be very friendly, but he seems very impersonal to me. If I am going to pay someone to be in my mouth, I prefer that he/she is somewhat likeable!

Good dentist if you can deal with the rude and unprofessional front desk staff. I switched to another dentist where they know how to treat the clients......

My family and I have been using Dr. J's office for the past 11 years, before Dr. J took over for Dr. Strauss. I'm sorry that your teeth are so messed up that they can't be fixed, but please don't blame Dr. J and his staff.
