Disappointed

I have bought ALL my batteries at this business, even when they moved. Took a ladies watch in that they are the only ones that has replaced the battery in that watch. The first trip they told me the tool to replace the battery was broke and on order. I was asked to check back next week. Today I went in and, "They can't replace the battery and never could have! Really....
