We have used this company on a regular basis and have been very happy with the service. Fire ants, spiders, and wasp have always been a problem until West Termite and Pest Management started our pest service. I would recommend this company at anytime.

Excellent service! The technicians have always been very profesional and friendly and have always provided us with wonderful service. We haven't had any problems since they started treating our house. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible place to do business with. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. All the time I called the Fort Smith office, the Lowell office operators keep answering and where unable to transfer me to the Fort Smith office. Keep promising good service but ended up calling them every month to do our pest control services because the crickets and spiders woudn't go away. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES AT ALL!!!
