Ive been taking my trucks to be worked on at Shipley for many years. In the past year or two I can see how customer service has gone down hill. I have always been quoted fairly on any service that needed to be done. It seems to me once the new service manager took over the prices have gone up, new employees that don't seem as knowledgeable as previous employees. I have decided after 12 or so years of taking my trucks into Shipley motor that its time to cut ties.
