I called a week earlier to schedule an appointment to get a dryer duct cleaned for a Friday at 9am. We made arrangements to be home from work and to get our dog out of the house. At 8am the day of, they called to confirm the appointment, but we were on our way home from dropping our dog off and missed the call. We called back as soon as we got the message (around 830) only to find we had been bumped and told we would have to reschedule...all this happened before the 9am appointment. When I called the main office back, I was told by Michael that it was his fault because he was going to call the night before, but he got in really late. I told him if they had told me they were going to call to either confirm or cancel my appointment the morning of, I could have made other arrangements. All I got was a half-hearted "Sorry". I understand this is not an expensive mold remediation, but if they cant follow through on a little job, what makes them reliable for something big and important? I don't understand why, in this economy, it is ok to treat a customer (large or small) this way. I would be jumping at the chance for easy money.
