I and my family stay at Motel 6 often, because for the price it is a great value. Also, our dog "Buddy" is always welcome. When we were moving to the Fort Smith area 2 years ago, we even lived there about 6 weeks, while we were looking for a place to rent. We have never had a single complaint until this stay. Although the room was clean, in good repair, and the staff were very friendly, we were very disappointed in the Internet service. Although I was told on the phone in advance that there was free wife, after checking in we were tried to logon only to find it cost 2.99 plus tax per day. We paid for it and I and my daughter spent most of the day trying to use it only to find out that evening that that price only covered 1 device and each time one of us logged on it shut the other off, so I ended up having to pay for individual internet service for myself, and each of my teen daugters to use our lap tops.. While we will continue to stay at Motel 6, this was a bit of a disappointment.
