I wish zero stars was an alternative; that's what this company deserves.

I called this company a week ago, to schedule a time for them to come out to pump our septic tank. Marcia said the earliest they could be here, would be May 8, 2018, between 9-10 a.m. Of course, there are other companies I could have called to come out sooner, and now wish I had.

I called the day before (May 7), again speaking with Marcia, to confirm the appointment today. Confirmed.

The morning of May 8, they were a no call/no show. I called to find out where they were, speaking again with her's truly, and was told they couldn't get the truck to re-start and she'd call me when she knew something.

No such call has happened. The business day ended with no call to re-schedule, [to] apologize for the inconvenience to me, or the waste of my time. Other things I could have done will now have to be accomplished another day, because of time wasted on people who evidently don't need the business, respect the customer, or their time.

There are a lot of households in this area with septic tanks. Had they handled this better, they could have had a lot of business come their way. That's how word of mouth works. It can also hurt a business. I will be sure to tell everyone we know of our experience with this company, as I pass along to them the contact information of one of their competitors, who does understand the meaning of words such as integrity, respect, and communication.

Can I give zero stars? We had an appointment for them to come out today for septic cleaning and they didn't show up. No one called.

They answered all my questions. Made sure that I was completly saitisfied. It was great having such a knowlegeable employee taking the time to help me and mine.
