Extremely rude and uncaring. I just tried to call and find out about the rates for self storage and was treated like a petulant child asking impertinent questions. If they begin to wonder why their business is going down, they may want to start considering more carefully who they allow to answer the phone. Someone with a soul and personality would be great.

This is a great place the staff are very helpful and the units are fumigated every month to stop any possibility of pest's again this is a great place to wash your car as well.

I used this place and found it to be wonderful. They have a friendly staff they were able to answer any question I had and I loved how secure the facility was. There were a few issuse with bugs but you have to keep in mind there are feilds on all sides of them. I know next time I get a storage I will choose them first.

Do not use this company! Staff are not knowledgable. Units have gaps in back, allowing for insects and spiders. The unit I rented was covered with spiders in the back. The "manager" placed mothballs in the unit to rid of spiders. I'm still airing my furniture due to the strong odor from the mothballs.
