We brought our fur baby in because she was in labor and needed an emergency c- section. We called before we came to explain the situation and was told that she is in active labor and to bring her in. Once we arrived, they took our dog back and left us in the waiting room for over 2 hrs. They never updated us, I had to request info on our dog. My husband called them as we waited, was told she is in a cage, they are "watching her". They said she was not in labor. Once someone finally came in, we were told in a very nonchalant attitude and deterring manner, that "the vet" who we never spoke to or seen, don't recommend a C-section because he don't think she is ready. She was laboring for well over 12 hrs. It was as if they did not want to do it. Told us to take her home and see how she does then maybe take her to another vet in the morning. We told them to do the c section, but they kept persuading us not to but said it was up to us. I did not feel comfortable at this point because not only could we lose the puppies we did not want to lose our dog and that is the feeling I was getting. The lady that spoke to us, told us the vet did an exam on her and I'm pretty sure they didn't based on the future events that I will explain. After the waiting and persuasion to take her home. We left and the next morning took her to a wonderful caring concerned vet. He did a pelvic exam on our pet, she had a puppy stuck. He stated they should have done a C-section immediately last night. He performed the C-section and unfortunately lost all the puppies. The one that was stuck, blocked her from passing any discharge that is associated with complications. If the pelvic exam was done, they would have felt that puppy. Our baby would have also turned toxic and died had he have not done it right away. If only the clinic cared or was concerned enough or listened to us, our baby would have her babies. This situation could have been completely avoided. Please do not take your pets here.

The Dr was wonderful. Compassionate. As for 2 of the girls that we were greeted by, I would never allow them to deal with customers. Zero people skills . I deal with customers daily and I couldn't imagine treating them the way we were treated

This place is an absolute godsend for overnight emergency care! The staff and vet we're extremely polite, informative, reassuring, and answered every single question we had about our Doberman. I would recommend this to anyone who needs emergency care for their pet. I am so grateful for this place! 100% 5 Stars!!!

I called in during a snow storm to get advise on my pet's symptoms in the middle of the night, trying to gauge the level of urgency before driving in inclement weather. The receptionist was rude, short, and scoffed at my concerns, acting as if I was a complete fool for calling. Then told me there sounded like there was not a need to bring in my dog since, "people tend to over exaggerate the symptoms" they see. What a complete joke of a business. Caring is the last word I would use to describe the "advice" I was given.

I don't have anything good to say about this company the Emergency Clinic should be there to help not just be money hungry!! You don't need to be an animal clinic and say your there to help and that you care when all you want is money. My dog that got hit by a car is laying here slowly dying cause you want money I hope you get shut down!!

Thanks

Though more expensive than a regular vet, this clinic gave my animal good care. The doctors and staff were very nice and I was so glad they were open in the middle of the night.
