I've been a customer for over 5 years, never had a problem when I was giving them my money, not until it came time to for them to replace a faulty sensor under warrenty. The owner of all people, whom I've never encountered until today gave me all kinds of grief & was determined not to replace it. First he said there was nothing wrong with it, then after my relentlessness, he finally said it wasn't working, but now he mysteriously has no proof of my purchase. After 20 minutes on the phone with my bank doing a account search, Arvest found my purchase. Low and behold he now finds it under the wrong account (no apology). Now all of a sudden his new excuse is that it's a different tire than the one I purchased. I have smoke coming out of my ears at this point. He precedes to tell me he will have to break the tires down to prove what tire has his sensor on it. 3 1/2 hours later I finally have a new senor. I have never had such disgusting service by a owner of a company. I won't be back!
