Very friendly people (Brent was our guy and amazing) that were easy to talk and get in contact with whenever we called. They didn't pressure us into buying anything when we first came and have great payment service. They were right on time for delivery/installation too! Amazing trustworthy place!

I love Burton Pools and Spas! Steve is the best there is! Any service needs, he gets them taken care of in a very timely manner. They return calls the same day and work with me when I have concerns.

We do not recommend Burton Pools & Spas. Carefully review and compare their quotes, they have high markups,thus making their pool more expensive, quality and customer service below standard.

Burton does an amazing job with pool liner installs - mine is wrinkle fee - perfect in fact - and when calling for service I receive fast courteous calls.

We just recently closed our pool that we purchased this summer from Merle. I brought in a pool sample to be tested one last time and the water lab technician took me through the steps of closing correctly so that we open up next spring with clear water. Merle did a very professional job at helping us purchase a pool that was within budget but still give us the quality pool we desired. Our experience with Burton's from the purchase to the operations of our pool has been very helpful. We recommend Burton Pools and Spas to anyone!

We purchased a spa from Burton Pools and Spas about 15 years ago. Leroy and the service department has taken care of what few issues that I have had over the past several years. Do to their prompt and friendly service we are now looking at purchasing a new spa to upgrade what we have. Mearl has been helping us find the spa that fits our needs. My mother in law purchased a pool from this company in the summer of '07. The salesman was a very nice man named Merle. However, since then she has had to deal with a man named Gary, who promised her complimentary chemicals, in front of my husband and I, and on the day she went to deliver a water sample and collect the chemicals, she was told that Gary never told her he would give her this. He also told her, in front of us, that using chlorine was the easier way to maintain her pool and since she is an older, single woman, it would be easier for her to care for her pool this way. We all agreed that this was the way to go and Gary instructed my husband on the steps to take to get the pool ready to change over to the chlorine. Today, my mother in law took a water sample in to have it tested and to collect the promised complimentary chemicals, only to be told , by another service rep,that Gary was denying the conversation ever took place, denied that he ever told her that chlorine was easier, and refused to help her with chemicals,unless she stayed with the more complicated product that she currently uses. My advice is to go buy a slip and slide...far less headache to deal with.
