Provided by YP.comI am not sure about the 100% satisfaction guarantee. Brian never told us we needed a permit to remove the tree. Getting the permit after the fact cost us an additional $50. He was not willing to pay the difference.... which he should have. If you are in business for 30 years you should know the rules.
