Writing this sort of from an insider's standpoint, my husband was given the opportunity (I use that term loosely) to work at this establishment as a mechanic and after 4-5 hours was simply told "it's not going to work out." He was told prior to quitting his other stable job that he would be given a few weeks to learn the ropes and get his timing up to speed as he has never worked in a shop professionally (but certainly knows exactly what he's doing). He is a very mechanically inclined man so we know it has nothing to do with his knowledge of mechanics. Clearly, some kind of discrimination has occurred for them to be able to decide that they can judge if it will "work out" after only 4-5 hours. We live in Lehigh and when they asked him to transport thousands of dollars worth of his tools and his expensive Craftsman toolbox from Lehigh to Ft. Myers, we did. I will be spreading the word of our experience to everyone I know and utilize every facet of social media to explain this situation.

Said they would replace window motor and that would fix the problem. Got it back with window up and not able to put window down and door was jammed lockd. Had to manipulate it myself and was told window frame is bent but was NEVER fixed. Backyard mechanics. To busy smoking cigarettes and watching cars sit in line. Dale was yelling in shop and screaming about customers. Very unprofessional.

I'm a snowbird and have been going to Xpress Lube for over 3 years. The service is always exceptional and they are honest and priced reasonably. I just got back in Fort Myers last week and took my car in for brakes. They are always very busy but did find time to accommodate me. When they can't they always get me a rental car. They are the best and I love the manager.

Go Elsewhere, told oil change would take hour, came back after 45 mins to find my car just put on lift, mechanic looked at two wheels with flashlight, then left car to look at Walk In Corvette, 10 mins their, inside for a smoke and chat before looking at another car, asked Receptionist for my keys, told "its almost ready" told Receptionist what i had seen, he told me to get key off mechanic after shouting through,i asked him for apology for work not being done he asked WHY?. I said it said Express Lube outside, he told me and i quote. YOU SHOULD READ SIGNS CORRECTLY AS IT IS SPELT WRONG IT SAYS XPRESS LUBE. GO DOWN ROAD FOR EXPRESS. I Did. Service Was GREAT !!.
