Not happy. I spent $25 on a stainless steel card holder for my girlfriend who is going home to Brazil for the holidays next week and she has been wanting a card holder that wouldn't break.



I wanted to avoid "Things Remembered" at the mall this time of year and they are also overpriced. So I choose Trophy Center of SWFL to engrave a little message on it. I thought a REAL sign shop who did awards and trophies would be better anyway. Well, my first disappointment was that they price quoted me the same as Things Remembered. But I figured the quality might be better and agreed to pay it. I was very excited and could not wait to pick it up and have a mini Christmas celebration before she left.



I went to pick it up today and there were scratched all over it and around the letters. I looked up at the girl and she said "I am sorry, I scratched it all up. So instead of you paying $25... just give me $10 and we will call it even." WHAT???! Its RUINED!! She didn't even offer to not charge me or to replace the item.



Buyer beware. This place just sucks
