I figured, hey how bad can it be? It's a car wash. Trying not to judge a book by its cover, with all of the cigarette butts on the ground inside and outside of the wash, the inside of the car wash was filthy, really nothing about this place was appealing. But it was convenient to where I had been shopping. Needless to say I went through this car wash twice, thinking my white car must have been filthy because the first time around did not get it clean at all. Just got my car wet. I come out after the second wash and it's still the same. I ran my fingers over the worst of the dirty patches and the dirt came right off. Mind you my car is a normal dirty, not muddy or anything. Spending $20 on a car wash that didn't clean my car at all seemed pretty steep, so after the advice of my husband I called to complain. The first person I talked to was very nice, she said that they would send me a check and would send someone out to check on the mechanics of the wash. I was happy and impressed on the simplicity of it. The second day some small minded exceedingly rude man named Gary called me back to tell me he had never gotten a complaint before me, proceeded to tell me I have no idea what I'm talking about and he's not refunding a dollar of my money. Trying to explain that this is bad customer service to him, he says "are you done? Don't like it? Too bad" and hung up on me. Don't waste your hard earned money here, this man is out to steal it. With no quality of service and a terrible product. I would rate this a zero if I could.
