Used Smith Marine for years for trolling motor and Power Pole needs. Always excellent service. Just wish they were open weekends!

Honest and dependable. I had no idea what was wrong with my trolling motor. It was a minor fix, only $45.00. They could have told me anything.

Yes, they defiantly are not honest there, both times I've taken my Motorguide trolling motors they told me they were not repairable and only option was replace head unit at $300 a pop. I found a guy in Estero that replaced the bad components on printed circuit board on my Great White for $75 out the door, had the motor back in 2 days and has worked perfect since, that was 2 yrs ago

I brought in a Minnkota Talon because it was binding up when retracting. I could see the cable was off the pulley and the mechanism was bound up inside. I took to to Smith Marine and they fixed it. But they blamed it on a wiring connection I made and charge me $40 to fix it while it was under warranty. I feel they lied to me.
