Overcharge

Spent $169.30 for a new battery!I guess they forgot the the little things you do for customers to keep them happy. When I went in and told them that the battery was dead in the morning and I started it off my charger but it barely ran with a low engine power light, they knew it was because of the dead battery. They just want to make as much money off every customer they possibly can. They wanted to run a full electical diagnosis @ $57.60.They called to say it was the battery. Theirs is $94.96. I pretty sure most helpful places would waive the battery test charge if you bought the $95 battery.

A Place with Integrity

As a single woman, I often feel unsure dealing with mechanics. I feel as though they "see me coming" and aren't completely honest. I NEVER feel that way at Pam's Motor City. My experience is that they are very honest and helpful. I trust them, and the repairs they have done on my car, which is something of a lemon, have always been excellent and so far, they haven't "found" other repairs to be made to add to the bill.TM
