I dropped off a UPS "next day air" package to Package Plus that was, obviously, time sensitive. When it did not arrive the next day, I contacted Package Plus to find out what had happened. The owner was harsh and said he had no idea and could not help me. When I inquired further, he yelled at me! I told him that I did not appreciate being spoken to in that manner and that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau and he slammed the phone down in my ear. Unbelievable! Not only was I treated abusively, the service was poor and unreliable. Don't go to Package Plus if you require dependability. Robert Lutz should not own a business if that is how he treats his customers.
