In response to Angie M. on 8/26, I was taken aback by her anger and upset w/ her perceived maltreatment from Kim. For more than 15 yrs., I have used Kim's professional alteration services. Never have I had the slightest problem with the quality of her exceptional work and service. In fact, I find her work to be flawless on every item I have left w/ her, which is why I have continued to patronize her business. Additionally, she always makes an extra effort to please her customers. Finally, she has always conducted herself not only professionally, but seems to have an inner joy, always blended w/ a smile that continue to make it a pleasure to do business w/ her. Ellen H.

I recently lost 30lbs and needed my old pants to fit. Kim is beyond professional and courteous! She hemmed and repaired my old pants into knew ones for an amazing price. Highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you Kim you're the best!

I am so glad to have found this gem of a seamstress. She repaired 3 items for me and did a great job and the cost was very fair. I will refer her and use her again!

The quality, pricing and timing of Kim's work is good. However, her customer service and behavior is very poor and unprofessional. She had an incorrect phone number for me (I don't remember if I wrote it or if she did). I was not upset about it but when I did connect with her she started yelling at me that I gave her a wrong number. When I went to pick up my alterations I did not bring up the phone number issue. She did. I said it was fine, no worries. She snapped and said "You are a liar" repeatedly. Then she said I was a bad person. I said I just want to pay for my things and be on my way. She took my money and told me not to come back and followed me into the parking lot. All because of a bad phone number! If you have issues regarding her work she would not be reasonable or courteous in resolving the issue. It is unfortunate since her work is nice but her behavior is unacceptable, especially as a business owner. I would not recommend her.

By far Kim has the best price and delivery time. I have tried many places in town and she does the best work at much better price. Sometimes it pays off not having to go to the bigger shops on Cleveland blvd. I highly recommend her.
