I will never order another piece of furniture from Kane's. My original order was ordered incorrectly by the sales person and I was unaware until it was delivered. The sales manager than told me I was going to not only have to wait another month to get the correct piece, but I owed an additional $300 dollars for the piece I actually wanted. Once resolved I was told it was going to take another month to get the pieces in. When I called to get an updated I learned that it would be another month after that. I had to find this information out myself and was not given any sort of courtesy call. I spent $3,000 on Furniture that if it ever comes will be over 2 months. A terrible business model.

life time warranty my be great ,but parts for repair are 6 to 8 weeks my parts for electric love seate were ordered on 8/7/13 they say parts will be here 10/7/13. I feel the repair is to long but they say they the lift time warranty is there right not to replace units I wil never buy here agin or send anyone I know.

I ordered a bedroom set, living room set and one additional piece of furniture and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I did not have any problelms and was very impressed with everyone from ordering to delivery. Once the furniture was delivered, I went to the Fort Myers location to pick up an ottoman and ended up picking up 2 lamps and a table that we were thrilled with. Again everyone was very helpful. They even gave us a tin of cookies with our purchase. Thank you for the positive shopping experience! We will definitely shop there again soon as we are planning to buy a home in Florida in the coming year!
