My experience here has been a comedy of errors with poor follow up, sloppy paperwork and complete abandonment midstream as their "client", all while attempts were made to sell me a poor insurance product that was filled with loopholes, most certainly leading me down the road to future IRS troubles and tax penalties. This husband-wife team ought to choose another post retirement hobby and act more professional. A client should not have to text, email, and place multiple calls to their business which all go unanswered. I guess people will do anything for a commission these days. Avoid at all costs.
