Absolutely the WORST!!!! The owner is rude and pompous - he acts as if he is put out if asked for help - like how to find a shoe size. More importantly, he is untruthful in explaining the return policy. I was assured that Foot Joy stands behind their products and I would have 90 days to return the product if there is any problem. After the first round of golf, I returned the shoes as the strap that secures the shoe didn't hold. I had to fuss with the clamp on my shoe every time I got out of the golf cart. When I explained the problem, I was told there would be no return because "it isn't broken." The owner of this establishment is the poster child for poor business practices - and horrible customer service. I have been in this store three times and it's always empty. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO SHOP! (If I could have given this business zero stars, I would have!)
