Wish I could post flowers that were ordered and them flowers that were delivered!!! Big difference.. most agrivating part was the florist designer argued with us!! Will never use again

Went in today to get help with a wedding order. Michele was super helpful and took her time showing me different options to choose from. Definitely relieved some of the wedding stress! Everyone was very nice and the shop is huge yet very quaint.

I've always ordered flowers from Ft. Myers Florist and my arrangements have always been simply gorgeous! Recently, I was in town for business and I decided to stop by to purchase flowers and to meet the staff. The inside of the store was beautiful not to mention their manager (Bill) with his big blue eyes, was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me pick a perfect arrangement from there large selection they had available. They all were so beautiful, I couldn't decide. The flowers lasted forever, they were fabulous! Thanks again Bill and all your incredible designers at Ft. Myers florist.

Since the corporate take over quality and service is definitely not what it used to be.The quality of the flowers is marginal at best. Usually the flowers look to be old on there day of supposed arrival, Customer service is non existant and the manager gives you the feeling that you are bothering her and when she does take time to speak with you there's the feeling that she is trying to pull one over on you. Have written complaints to their corporate office and got no response back. Floral arrangements and stylings are definitely inferior and out dated.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend in Ft. Myers for his birthday. Got 2 dozen roses for $19.99 AND they let me use a 20% off discount coupon, too. Then, delivery day comes, and he has moved! Never told me. They call to tell me that. I have a cell number for him/ They call it and find his new place. Problem solved!!! Absolutely the BEST! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!!! John from Akron, New York.
