A friend of mine also did not get her $130 FTD bouquet and chocolates on Valentines day. When contacted the 15th they stated the flowers could not be delivered because of the rain, but when questioned when they would be delivered they said the bouquet was not made yet??? Then the pitiful bouquet arrived looking nothing like the example, roses wilted, and chocolates looked like they were from Walmart. Very disappointed for her!

My son paid extra for flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day, but they were never delivered then supposedly because of the whether. They were delivered 5 days later, on Monday , a limp bouquet of flowers that had obviously sat in the shop for the 5 days. I felt so badly for my son since he makes minimum wage, and this was such an expense for him and he so wanted to surprise me.

I have always had great flowers from Flower Spot. However, this time I was very disappointed. My husband bought 2 dozen roses on Saturday and by Sunday morning petals were falling off my roses and some were already drooping. We weren't able to go to the store on Monday (New Year Eve), now my roses look like they ready for the trash and should have lasted much longer. I know how to care for flowers, as I worked at a florist, so I'm not a happy camper.

I noticed that they took great care in preparing the flowers. Their bouquets were beautiful, and their prices the most reasonable in this area.
