The hygenists are great and the office is clean and welcoming; however, I strongly urge you to get a second opinion if you are told your child needs work done. I was told my child needed to go to the hospital and be placed under general anesthesia for extensive dental work. Despite being told that general anesthesia is no big deal on a four year old, I knew better and got a second opinion. My daughter ended up getting a shot of novocaine and a tooth bonded which took all of 30 minutes in our new dentist's office (it was also $1500 cheaper). At the time, Favalli was the only pediatric dentist that was in our insurance plan. Unfortunatly, the exact situation happened with a co-worker of mine. When she went for a second opinion she was told her son didn't need any work done at all. We didn't see the same dentists for second opinions either so this tells me that something is not right.

My three kids - ages 12,7,and 5 have been going to see Dr. Oliver for a few years now. The kids absolutely LOVE to see the dentist! They actually ask me when they can go back!The office staff is so warm and welcoming and they treat the kids with such great care. We are always seen on time - which is very important to me - and when treatment is needed Dr. Oliver and is staff do a fantastic job with them - explaining everything in detail and keeping them distracted. We also love it because the doctor is also an orthodontist who has just done wonders for my oldest - giving her such self-confidence with a super dazzling smile. I can't say enough good things about them!

My son just completed his ortho with Dr. Favalli. He can't stop smiling and I am so glad I chose Dr Favalli, he and his staff made our visits so easy, after school visits were always available and the staff is so friendly and treated us like family. My son even won a pizza party with a limo for 7 friends. They are the greatest..
