Terrible service, manager and waitress very rude

The free breakfast was described on the reservation before booking. At first the hotel did not want to give me free breakfast . After I spoke with them again, the manager told the front desk to give me a coupon for free breakfast. The waitress was so rude about the free breakfast, she said very loud for the other customer to hear that there, they don't offer free breakfast. She called the manager, and than came back to our table mentioning the free word for everything I could choose on the menu, I left without the breakfast very embarrassed .I went to the front desk and the only thing that the manager said was: ok, have a nice day. Not even a sorry! I stayed at this place so many times, I'm very disappointed
