We found two puppies left to die where we live. Called in set up an appointment so fast for these puppies I loved how they helped us out with both brothers are so happy now. They were starving and one had broken back legs and a wire around his neck awful story but happy ending. A big THANK-YOU girls all of you ROCK!!! From Mohave Valley we love you! I was very pleased with the service to my dog. I was briefed on the procedure before hand. I was contacted as soon as there was problem and keep informed. Doctor spent time with me after the procedure discussing the situation, the implication and further information for care at home, which include phone number and staffing for emergency contacts. The staff help me get the dog into the car. I also received a follow up call to check on the my dog's conditions. I am very pleased with the service and concern by the Vet and staff members. P.S. My dog is doing just fine.

Visited the vet for a limp problem which has happened in the past. Dr. Dean spent an extraordinary amount of time with me explaining possibilities, treatment and a host of other things related and not. So far all is well and my pet seems to be doing ok. I have not been able to do the recommended diet changes yet but am working on sourcing the items I need. All in all, I am extremely impressed with the Drs., staff and their facility; one of the best vets I've been to over the years.

First of all, our little chihuahua was bit by a rattlesnake on a Saturday night. Dr. Dean called right away. Then I called him the next morning because the swelling got so swelly! Then we took her in on that Monday so he could check her. Everybody there is so great. And Dr. Dean was the best at calming my nerves Saturday night.

Dean is outstanding. He gets right to the point and doesn't order a whole bunch of unnecessary tests/xrays!! Really appreciate him. He even suggested fixing our dogs eye when we have him nuetered rather than having two surgeries!!! Awesome service. I am going to transfer my other two dogs from Colorado River to you!!!

I am most pleased with the results from my visit. My cat and her kittens appeared to have improved 100% in a matter of 24 hours after administering the meds given to us by the vet. The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. We even received a follow up call which I found to be great touch! The only reason I gave the "facility" itself a B vs an A+ was because there were a few dead bugs in the corner of our exam room.

We were very pleased with the treatment we received on Snuffy. Please let Dr. Kate know she is doing better and we will be back when the itching and licking start back up. Your staff and facility were extra nice. Thank all of you very much. Mike and Sharon Durik for Snuffy.

We received an e-mail reminding us it was time for Bentley to have a "well dog check-up." He was seen by Dr. Kate who checked him out thoroughly from snout to tail. She addressed all our questions and concerns regarding his health, behavior and growing pains (our doctors should take that kind of time with us)! We would recommend North Valley Pet Hospital, their staff, Dr. Dean and Dr. Kate to any pet owner.

Had a need to get our pup in to be seen without a prior appointment, and the office was absolutely wonderful in getting us in and making sure everything was taken care of and everything was okay. We were seen in the office within hours from calling the office and all appropriate tests were taken to ensure every possibility was ruled out to get the best treatment for our little guy. We couldnt have asked for more and if we lived there, we would definitely be going back there as our full time Veterinarian. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; the facility very clean; the treatment by the Veterinarian and assistants quick but not rushed; the details on what to expect and what would be an indicator to bring him back in, etc. was all explained clearly and all of our questions were answered completely. Follow up after we left the facility was within a few days to check back on Thumper to make sure he was doing okay and improving. I am happy to say he is back to normal and having no problems and we are very pleased to know that this office is available when we are visiting this area anything in the future. I would recommend them to others without reservation.

Very nice, patient dr. I really like this facility and staff. I was impressed two yrs ago when I had to put my senior lab to sleep. Everyone was so patient and understanding. Then they all sent me a sympathy card. Very thoughtful.

I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Dean. Dr. Dean is a very through Dr. and takes the time to explain all the details. He takes care both of my dogs and is very gentle with them. I would highly recommend anyone to see Dr. Dean, he is the best.

All the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Treated Bacardi like my baby should be. Doctor and "nurse" were awesome. That is way we bring Bacardi and Shadow there to North Valley Animal. Jessica Willson.m Only problem I have is that our last name is spelled wrong it is WILLSON Thank you!

Came for a booster shot for our 'stray that never left'. This was following her first set of shots and her spay procedure last month. Butters wasn't very socialized, and the staff made her first visit stress free for me. Helped me get her out of the car and into the clinic. Their patience continued when she snapped awake out of surgery and immediately went into her hyper mode. When I picked her up, all were so kind and gave me great advice. This mornings booster went well and she was remembered. Also found out she was allergic to the sutures - and that was handled quickly and quietly behind the scenes by the vet. Loving her ID card, with her beautiful face on it. Great thing to have, showing what immunizations she's had and when she's due for her next. A+ to the staff for not only having a calming manner with the animals, but also with the animals humans. lol. Thank you!

This was my first visit with just one of my animals. Jackie my 10 yr. old Doxie needed her shots. This is the only facility that has real grass and a hydrant for the dogs. Very warm atmosphere once your inside. A little bit of a wait, but thats to be expected. What matters is the quality of care your animals receive. I just want my girl not to suffer from her allergies. I am on a list for whats to be a good medication, i hope to hear from them soon about my script. Thank you to the staff for their help.

Everyone is very friendly and takes care of my pet. I get the best advice from Dr. Dean for the health of Rex. We have been going to NVAC for many years and have never had a complaint. In fact we adopted Rex from NVAC and are very happy with him and his treatment.

Our experience with Dr. Dean was very pleasant was it always is. He is very knowledgeable and very caring. Daisy had been experiencing severe allergies and the Zyrtec was just not working for her. He recommended a steroid injection, which is what we decided to do and also to continue the Zyrtec as additional support as her allergies as so bad at this time of the year. He stated that the injection should last about 3 months and hopefully by that time the worst of the allergy season will be over and we can just continue with the Zyrtec if she needs anything at all. I was very much pleased with Dr. Dean and the staff. She also got her nails trimmed.

Quick diagnosis. Doctor recommended panel to determine exact bacteria. I opted out of panel. Doctor prescribed medicine. Scheduled follow up appointment for two weeks. Dog seems to improve after only two days.
