Stay as far away as possible from this practice! I had a procedure that was poorly performed. A piece of dental equipment (Broken File) left in a canal. I also had a credit that they will not return for some reason. I have left this practice and now have found one that is fantastic.

Wonderful doctor and staff!

Stay away...had all fillings (3) fall out within the first year (HE SAYS A YEAR AND A HALF ). When I contacted office and told them my problem they acted like he was gonna fix my problem for free. Drove from Clover to Indian Land and they had Mysteriously LOST my FILE and Mr McDonald Said IT WOULD BE 197.00 to fix a filling. Plus HURT me SEVERAL times IN CHAIR. Business Doesn't DESERVE a STAR and HE doesn't deserve a title Dr.

Dr. McDonald is fabulous and his clinical staff is great. I always leave smiling. My biggest complaint is that their billing is TERRIBLE. I always have to dispute charges with them because what insurance says I owe and what they bill me for never matches. I have been over-billed every time. Watch your EOBs.

If you are looking for a dentist in the Fort Mill area and have considered Dr. Cedric McDonald at Victory Dental, I want to encourage you to go elsewhere. Dr. McDonald attempted to give me a root canal, but because of his inexperience, ended up almost sending me to the hospital. He did not drill through the tooth and then capped it off, leaving a massive infection to brew in my tooth and jaw for 3 months. Eventually, the infected "exploded" and caused an abscess, as well as an infection that was very close to the areas that would have pushed it to my brain or heart. He did not know how to fix it, and I pursued the help of an oral surgeon and an endodontist to re-do his procedure that he botched. About $4,000 (out of pocket) and 3 months of pain later, my lawyer and I filed a malpractice suit & asked Dr. McDonald to re-pay me the exorbitant fees that I paid to cover his mistakes. He refuses to pay and and what should have been a $250 procedure has cost me thousands of dollars.

Dr.McDonald is a wonderful doctor,I'm always in and out in no time .
