Love the new location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The boutique in the front has the cutest things.

It's funny that their slogan is "we go above and beyond" because they could not have done LESS. Nicole Acker, reached out to ME to offer an appointment that became available last Saturday at 1:45. I walk in at 1:45 and no one greets me or even looks up. I stand at the desk for 5 minutes. Nothing. I sit down so I may be visible to someone else who actually cares. Nothing. I sat for 25 minutes without being acknowledged while Nicole continued cutting hair. I finally got up to use the restroom and said "Hi Nicole, I just wanted to let you know I was here." She gave me a look as if I was the one being rude and said ok. I sat for 10 more minutes with no one giving me any update. I finally walked out and she never even bothered to contact me to see why. It would have made a world of difference if someone would have at least said hello or let me know Nicole was running behind. They were extremely unprofessional and obviously don't need my business, so I hope you don't give them yours either.
