Never, have I been ripped off in such a big way. I ordered online for delivery. Now, I dont expect the arrangements to look exactly like they do online, I know there will be some differences, but what i received had the value of a mere $10.00 (I payed $78.00) I called Jacks to politely voice my concern and their response was to shop somewhere else next time. I have pictures of this horrible purchase- and to date, it has been the only time I've ever complained to a business. But their method of handling my dissatisfaction only hurt more. Horrible customer service and horrible floral skills. Save your money as heartache- go to a grocery store instead. You can probably get better arrangements at food lion. Yes- they were that bad.

THE GOURMET BASKET ORDERED YESTERDAY WAS GREAT. WILL KEEP THE LISTING FOR FUTURE USE.
