Had water leaking from upstairs bathtub supply valve. Called at 4:45 pm and they were out here at 10 am the next day. I had the ceiling cut out downstairs so they could run the shower and see the problem from below. They knew exactly what was wrong and had the problem fixed in one hour, including a quick trip to the plumbing supply store. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will use them again.

Avoid this company to avoid being ripped off. My mother recently had her pressure reducing valve replaced - a routine operation. The part cost $72 at Plumber's Supply, the labor took 15 minutes and they charged $240!! She is a retired teacher on a fixed income. She talked to the owner to make it right to no avail. Even at the customary high labor rates for plumbers this was highway robbery!
