I called this agency to inquire information about their services and when I called the "gentelman" that answered the phone didn't even answer it like this was a respected agency he just said hello so when i asked him am i calling posche models he said yes, so i told him I would expect from someone answering a phone to say their business name.

After saying that I told him why I was calling because I was interested in their services and his response back was we dont want to represent your child. I guess he took offense in me telling him the proper way to answer a business phone.

Anywho thank God I didnt go with their services, I found a more respected agency that my daughter and I are both happy with. :)
